No. While you can use a domain you already own, we can also provide one as part of our service. However, if you cancel, the domain we provide does not transfer to you.
While our goal is to keep you as a satisfied customer, if you decide to cancel, we part ways
on good terms. Once canceled, your Medicare web portal will be removed from our system.
If
you own your domain, you can take it with you for future use. However, if we provided the
domain, it does not transfer to you.

Since different compliance officers may have
varying interpretations, we strongly recommend that you review the content with your own
compliance officer for additional peace of mind. Note: You cannot modify the preloaded content
to maintain compliance standards.
